Pk9 Platform Terms & Conditions — complete usage guidelines

01 General Information & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the pk9 platform and its members. By using the pk9.world website or any of its related services, you are automatically bound by these terms.

Pk9's Terms & Conditions are written with Bangladeshi users in mind. We are committed to ensuring every member can easily understand these terms and stay informed about their rights and responsibilities.

1.1 Definitions

• "pk9" or "Platform" refers to the pk9.world website and all of its associated services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user.
• "Account" refers to each member's individual profile.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-financial benefit provided to members by pk9.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or financial transaction of any kind.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on pk9 requires meeting certain eligibility criteria. Each member is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number or email address.
• Members must register under their own name — not someone else's.

2.2 Account Verification

Pk9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within 72 hours of a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended. Verification typically requires a copy of a national ID or passport along with a recent utility bill.

03 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Pk9 is fully committed to responsible gaming. Use of the pk9 platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. Age verification is a mandatory requirement under pk9's Terms & Conditions.

• Members must provide accurate information about their age at the time of registration.
• Pk9 may request proof of age documentation at any time if there is cause for suspicion.
• If a member is identified as a minor, their account will be closed immediately.
• Gaming on behalf of a minor or helping them create an account is strictly prohibited.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk9's bonuses and promotions are exclusive benefits for members, but certain conditions must be met to qualify. Any misuse of bonuses under pk9's Terms & Conditions may result in account termination.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — each member may claim it once.
• A minimum deposit amount is required to qualify for a bonus.

4.2 Regular Promotions

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All members must comply with pk9's financial transaction guidelines as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Following these rules ensures transactions are processed quickly and without issue.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made through approved methods only (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — all deposits must be made from an account in your own name.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

06 Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• Defrauding or harassing other members through the platform.

07 Account Closure & Appeals

Breaching pk9's Terms & Conditions may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

7.1 Account Closure by pk9

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions may result in account closure without prior notice.
• The account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may not be refunded.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

• Any member can request account closure by emailing support@pk9.world.
• All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any valid balance will be refunded.
• If an account is closed for responsible gaming reasons, pk9 may decline requests to reopen it.

7.3 Appeals Process

To dispute an account closure, you must submit a detailed appeal to support@pk9.world within 30 days of the closure date. pk9's team will respond to your appeal within 5 business days.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Pk9 treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law .

• Members may request to update or delete their personal information at any time.

09 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Pk9 always strives to deliver the best possible service. However, there may be circumstances beyond pk9's control. pk9's liability is limited in respect of such matters.

9.1 pk9 is not liable when:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If a delay occurs due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• If a member suffers loss due to their own negligence or submission of incorrect information.
• In the event of a temporary service outage due to an unexpected technical issue.
• If a member's device or account credentials fall into someone else's hands.

9.2 Maximum Liability

In all cases, pk9's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. pk9 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Pk9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, along with the date of the most recent update.

• Members will be notified by email in the event of major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the option to close your account.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
